The UK has seen a huge increase over the past year, with people buying their own caravans and motorhomes to holiday in and enjoy relaxing ‘staycations’.
However, when it comes to storing your new pride and joy, this can be the tricky bit!
They don’t always fit on the drive way, you want to use the space you do have at home for other things, other caravan and motorhome storage sites are fully booked! You can’t get access when you want, you can’t find somewhere that is as secure as you would like, other sites ‘pack’ your caravan or motorhome in, and you have to make an appointment for someone to move your vehicle when you anticipate you may need it… but then your plans change and you have to re arrange again!
All the above key points have been taken into careful consideration when designing our caravan and motorhome storage area. We wanted to ensure that our customers receive a first class, easy, reliable, safe and highly secure service, that will give you access to your caravan, motorhome or vehicle exactly when you require, no hassle or fuss attached!
Below are some key information points regarding our caravan and motorhome self storage:
- The caravan/motorhome storage is £150 per quarter and you are allocated your own bay that you keep for the duration of your tenancy with us.
- The contracts are 3 months minimum and we ask for 1 months paid notice.
- You would have access every day of the year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- There is no need to contact us to make an appointment when you are accessing your caravan or motorhome, and you are not restricted to any ‘office hours’.
- You would have your own key and that would give you access through the main compound gate, then the second compound gate to the caravan storage area.
- The locks on the gates are police approved and our high end 4K ultra HD CCTV is in operation at all times.
- We can accommodate caravans and motorhomes that are up to 9 metres in length (subject to availability).
- Each bay is 3.5 metres in width, which adheres to the industry standards recommendation.
- We also accept other vehicles such as boats and cars, so please don’t hesitate to contact us to enquiry further.
- There is an outside tap on site so our customers can access water if required.

We are also incredibly lucky to have business tenants who are based at the back of Unit 6, who are specialists in car and vehicle detailing: I.T Fine Detailing LTD.
They are a father and son team, Ivan and Kai who are incredibly passionate and highly trained in what they do, offering a variety of expertise.
They offer the below on site services specifically in relation to caravan and motorhome’s for your convenience:
- A basic ‘snow foam’ wash from £30.
- A more comprehensive outside hand wash, towel dried finish with a protection coat from £60.
- The inside of your caravan or motorhome can be valeted from £40.
- They can offer a sealant and a ceramic coat on the windows from £50.
